Score 30 – 32 Your work is at odds with your values. Who you are at home and who you are at work are different. This is stressful at times. To deal with the stress, you are not as engaged as you would like to be. You think often of quitting as soon as another more interesting job is available.

Score 21 – 29 Your work provides the resources for your interests. You may be experiencing success at work, but this really doesn’t matter because it is a means to an end. Score 8 – 14 Your work is a great fit for you. You see a path to achievement whether you secure a leadership position or not. This job aligns with your values.
